2、 Performance characteristics:

1. Small sample adapter: The small sample adapter has the ability to accurately measure viscosity at a specified shear rate and consists of a cylindrical sample cup and rotor. The required sample size is small, only 2~16mL. It is very easy to use with all Brookfield standard viscometers and rheometers, and the operation is very convenient

2. Detachable sample cup: The unique design of the small sample adapter makes it very easy to replace and clean the sample cup without affecting the use of the viscometer or water bath. This means that under certain conditions, a series of samples can be continuously measured

3. Temperature control: Install a small sample adapter with a water bath jacket and connect it to a circulating water bath for precise temperature control. The stirring during rotor rotation, coupled with a very small sample size, results in a very uniform and stable sample temperature. If a sample cup with RTD temperature probe is selected, the sample temperature value can be directly displayed on the viscometer (DV1 viscometer, DV2T viscometer, and DV3T rheometer). The working temperature range of the small sample adapter is 1 ℃~100 ℃

4. Coaxial cylindrical structure: The coaxial cylindrical structure of a small sample adapter can achieve accurate viscosity measurement at a specified shear rate

5. Disposable sample cup and SC4-27D rotor: The disposable 13R specification sample cup is particularly suitable for difficult to clean samples. Provide a disposable test kit, including 100 disposable sample cups and a specially sized water bath jacket (item number: SSA-DCU). 100 packaged disposable sample cups can also be ordered separately (item number: SC4-13RD-100)

6. EZ Lock rotor quick connect system (optional): Small sample adapters can be used with standard viscometers/rheometers equipped with EZ Lock devices through EZ Lock rotor quick connect heads
